Carcraft slammed by OFT

USED car giant Carcraft, which has a supermarket in Chertsey, has been slammed by a regulator for going back on its promises to customers.

Customers had complained that their vehicles suffered significant problems shortly after they bought them from the company which had a turnover of £127m last year.
