The exhibition opens on Saturday 13 June and remains on view until Saturday 13 September
The new display in the Discovery Zone at Chertsey Museum looks at life in Runnymede during the Victorian era.
Among the areas covered are schooling, the workhouse, housework, housing and shopping, all illustrated by items from the Museum's collections. Pride of place in the display is a fire place and chimney built by local carpenter, David Lowden, complete with a sweep's brush.
