Meet the Herald & News team

Charlotte Talbot

Charlotte Talbot: I joined the Herald as chief reporter, covering Elmbridge, in August 2011. I previously worked on papers in Woking and am looking forward to meeting some new faces and looking into issues that affect people in this area. If you have any news that you would like to see in the paper, please call me on 07822862587 or email me

becky-middleton.jpgBecky Middleton: I joined the Herald after an enjoyable stint as a freelance journalist, specialising in investigative features and travel writing. I was fortunate enough to be sent to South Africa for the 2010 World Cup, and am returning to my roots by getting stuck into the local news scene. I am the reporter for Sunbury and Shepperton. Email me or call 01932 561111.

Russell ButtRussell Butt: I joined the team in May 2008 after ditching a job in software sales. Initially I covered Staines & Ashford, but have since been getting to know the great people of Runnymede and mixing with communities in Englefield Green, Thorpe and Virginia Water. If you have some news you think I would be interested in, email me or call 01932 561111.

sh-chris-caulfield.jpgChris Caulfield: I have been a journalist since 2006 before joining the newsroom in August 2011 in what is now my second stint covering the Spelthorne. I am looking forward to tackling the issues that affect you. I have worked on papers in Hounslow, Richmond and Guildford. If you've got a story or an issue that deserves better coverage, call me on 07822 862611 or send me an email.
