Children and their families will get a chance to create something artistic in under 15 minutes when they visit Chertsey Museum on Saturday January 3.
Between 2pm and 4pm visitors to the museum in Windsor Street, Chertsey, can go to the Pardoe Room and follow instructions to create a 2009 calendar.
A spokeswoman said the craft events are be a regular feature on the first Saturday of the month and materials and admission to the museum is free.
A park warden at a Chertsey beauty spot has hit back at claims that the woodland is not accessible to people in wheelchairs.
In December, former Runnymede councillor Paul Greenwood complained to the Herald that a new kissing gate at the entrance to the Dingle area of St Anne's Hill meant that disabled people could not get in.

Ongoing issues with car park prices in the Runnymede area, have been settled and a new date proposed for the charges to come in.
There is to be a decline in the hourly rate of the borough's car parks, however there will be an increase in both season and all day tickets.
Currently an all day car parking ticket costs £3.50 and is to increase to £4.00, similarly the current price for a season ticket is to increased by £100, so the new price will be £500 per annum.
Mervyn Robins, parking services manager, said: "For car parks in Pooley Green, Egham, Gogmore Farm, Chertsey, Victoria Steet and St. Judes Road, Englefield Green, there is to be a reduced tariff introduced to reflect the lesser usage of these facilites together with their location."
The new prices will be 1 hour - 20p, 1-2 hours - 50p, 2-3 hours - £1.00, 3-4 hours - £1.50, 4-5 hours - £2.00.
The start date for the new prices is aimed to go into effect from January 11, 2009.

A man who collapsed in Pyrcroft Road and hit his head on the pavement has died at St Peter's Hospital.
He was in his mid 60s and fell to the ground opposite Phoenix Plaza at about 7am on Monday September 29, suffering serious head injuries in the fall.
He was taken by ambulance to St Peter's Hospital, but declared dead on arrival.
A New crossing is set to be built in St Ann's Road, Chertsey, to allow pedestrians to cross the busy street.
Surrey County Council studied traffic levels and speeds, and the number of people who crossed the road over the course of a day.
After assessing the need, officials consulted with police, and decided to go ahead with a pedestrian refuge island in the middle of the road, which would provide a safe place to cross.
Firefighters at Chertsey fire station in Addlestonemoor are holding a road safety open day on Saturday September 6 between 1pm and 4pm.
Anyone who wishes to attend is invited to drop in to the day, where there will be other road safety experts who can give advice about travelling on Surrey's road network, including about car tyres, child seats, motorbikes and bicycles.
There will be a live demonstration of how firefighters cut someone out of a car and information to take away and plenty of people on hand to speak to and offer advice.
The event is free to attend.
Surrey Air Ambulance landed at Pyrcroft Grange Primary School's playing field on August 30 to help a woman involved in a car crash.
Two cars collided in Pyrcroft Road, Chertsey, and a 35-year-old woman was left with chest pains. But medics decided she could be transported to St Peter's Hospital by road.
Two other people were also treated at hospital for minor injuries.
